Return and Refund Policy
At Kamdar, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:
1. Return and Exchange Timeframes
● Fashion Orders: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
● Textile and Furnishing Orders: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of purchase or delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
● Items must be unused, with all original tags attached.
● For fabrics, the item must be uncut and in its original condition.
● Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
● We offer refunds and exchanges, which can be processed at any Kamdar branch.
● Fabrics: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for fabric orders. This policy applies only to readymade goods.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
● If Kamdar has sent an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
● For items returned due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Initiating a Return or Refund
● Use our live chat feature to send a message and begin the return or refund process. Our team will assist in arranging returns or exchanges through a branch or by post.
6. Processing Time
● Refunds and exchanges are processed within 2 weeks after the item is received and inspected.
Important Notice:
For fabric orders, a video recording of the unboxing process is mandatory to address any issues such as missing, damaged, or incorrect items. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the items inspected.
